When will I receive my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.

Tracking number hasn't updated in 3+ days?

Contact us with your order number. We will check with the courier and update you on the latest status.

Item marked 'Delivered' but I didn't receive it?

Check with your neighbours or security guard first. If it's still missing, contact us within 24 hours and we will file a dispute with the courier.
