We use Pos Malaysia or J&T Express. Tracking number is sent to your email after shipment.

Calculated at checkout based on weight & location. Free shipping on orders over RM150.
Full Policies
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding Sundays & public holidays). Delivery across Malaysia via Pos Malaysia or J&T Express. Tracking number sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched.
Return Policy (7 Days)
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt if:
• Product is unused
• In original packaging
• Wrong item was sent
• Product is defective/faulty
Returns are not accepted for products that have been installed or damaged due to incorrect installation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and verify the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.
Item Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please:
1. Take photos of the item & packaging
2. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
3. We will send a replacement at no extra cost
How to Start a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos of the product
We will provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
